EZcater provides very reliable catering service. I love that they’re contracted with so many restaurants and caterers. I have a huge customer base, so having access to lots of caters makes my job a little easier. The lunch is delivered on time 95% of the time. I only had one lunch arrive late and it was the restaurant that wasn’t timely. I highly recommend them!

EZ Cater was an excellent service and I will use it in the future. I ordered a week in advance and my order was ready on time when I picked it up. (You can choose to have the order delivered but I happened to be close so I picked up). I had a question so used the online chat feature. My question was answered right away. This made planning my event worry free!

Mimi and her colleague literally did everything from set up to food placement. And they were so friendly andexcited for me and our event! We’ll definitely do this again!
After placing my order and after having spoken with the catering director at Busboys and Poets who instructed me to order through EZcater to get the best prices, I was called the day before my order was to be delivered who informed me they would be adjusting the prices to the new higher rates. I explained this was why I had ordered through ezCater, in order to get the best prices. She was gracious enough to accept that. The day of my order pickup, I was told there would be a substitution. I arrived to pick up the order at my nearby restaurant and was told the order needed to be picked up on the other side of town. When I finally got the order home, half of the sandwiches were soggy and no one ended up eating them. I expected much betther.
This was our first time using EZ Cater. They delivered on time, with everything we needed. Food was still piping hot when they arrived.

Great experience ordering from Baracco's! Food was delicious and finding catering for our group was so easy and seamless.
I needed a delivery service to deliver to my son's home. His Mother-In-Law died and I wanted to send food for the family. It was short notice and ezCater was amazing and got the food to them on time. I highly recommend exCater!
